Senior Line Cook (Evening Shift)

We are looking for a reliable and high-energy Senior Line Cook to join our team during the busy dinner rush. Our kitchen is fast-paced, scratch-made, and requires someone who can handle the heat (literally and figuratively). You will be responsible for managing your station, ensuring plating standards are met, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all menu items according to established recipes.

  • Manage prep levels for the sauté and grill stations.

  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.


Specific Requirements (Custom Fields)

  • Shifts: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Including Weekends)

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Software Knowledge: Experience with Toast POS is a plus.
