We are looking for a reliable and high-energy Senior Line Cook to join our team during the busy dinner rush. Our kitchen is fast-paced, scratch-made, and requires someone who can handle the heat (literally and figuratively). You will be responsible for managing your station, ensuring plating standards are met, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Responsibilities:

Prepare all menu items according to established recipes.

Manage prep levels for the sauté and grill stations.

Collaborate with the Sous Chef to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.

Shifts: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Including Weekends)

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Software Knowledge: Experience with Toast POS is a plus.
